The competitors price must be listed online or be written on a formal quote.
For wood products, it must be the same grade wood.
Our guarantee does not include wood product transportation costs for orders going further than 150 miles.
Price must be matched prior to placing your order. We will not credit a past order.

Products marked “Available in Store” are normally in stock, but quantities are limited. Contact us for current availability.
All non-wood items ship within 1-2 business days. Tracking info will be provided when available.
All wood products marked “Made to Order” will be milled in 2 – 6 weeks depending on our current workload, not including shipping. Call us for our current turnaround time.
Items “Available on backorder” or “Out of stock” are temporarily unavailable. Call us for an estimated lead time or for more information.

Non-wood orders over $99 ship for free anywhere in the continental United States (2 – 6 business days).
Non-wood orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $10 (2 – 6 business days).
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Our hand delivery rate is $2.50 / mile. Hand delivery up to 400 miles can be calculated for you in the cart.
If you prefer to have your wood products shipped, choose to “Get a Shipping Quote” We will contact you with a shipping quote before we process your order. For more information on LTL shipments, click here!
Customer pickup is available on any order. Please wait for confirmation that your order is completed before coming to the mill.
We ask that all orders be picked up or shipped within 7 days of completion. Orders left longer will incur a charge of $50 per unit per month.

Non wood items must be returned within 30 days and must be in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of our customers.
We do not accept returns on wood products. If you receive defective or damaged product, we will replace the damaged or defective material.
Deposits made on orders are non refundable.
We do not charge a restocking fee, however credit card payments being refunded will have 6% withheld to cover transaction fees.

Your balance including shipping (if applicable) due before product leaves the mill.
If paying by check and you do not have a commercial account with us, your order will not be processed until your check is received.
If you use a discount code that you are not approved to use, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
If you are from out of state and would like to pick up your order at our mill, you will be charged Maine sales tax (5.5%).

All wood products (except pine flooring) marked “Made to Order” will be charged a setup fee on orders of less than 1000 lineal feet, or 50 pieces for log corners. If these fees apply, they will be reflected in your cart.

- $190 for round profiles
All products marked “Bulk” are not manufactured at our mill and will be charged a handling fee of $75 for small quantities, under 2000′.
All Pine flooring orders will be charged a setup fee of $150 for quantities under 350 square feet.
